Channel Your Inner Chef From “The Bear” With These Kitchen Essentials Inspired By the Show, All Under $100

Whip up Sydney’s famous omelet or Carmy’s seven fishes platter with these staples

In case you missed the announcement, FX’s “The Bear” has returned for season four, which premiered on June 25. While some people watch the show for Richie’s hilarious jabs, the Sydcarmy relationship and the drama, I pay extra attention to all of the kitchen appliances the characters use. As a former pastry chef, some of the tools brought me back to my dough-kneading days, from the Moka Espresso Maker to the Rubbermaid Spatula. So, in honor of the upcoming season, I’ve compiled a list of kitchen tools from Amazon that are inspired by the show—and some are actually used on the set.

Whether you’re whipping up Sydney’s iconic potato chip omelet or making a big pot of spaghetti to prep for the new season, these kitchen tools will transport you to an episode of “The Bear” and have you saying, “Yes, Chef!”

Cook Like Carmy With These Tools

  • Cookies, Bars and More: I’ve been a fan of these number-one bestselling Nordic Ware Baking Sheets for a long time, and they look similar to the ones on “The Bear.” Made of pure aluminum, these durable pans evenly bake dishes every single time. Plus, they’re versatile enough for cookies, scones, bars and sheet pan meals.
  • Yes, Chef: Carmy and Sydney are always whipping up new recipes in All-Clad cookware. While the ones used in the show are stainless steel, this nonstick skillet set is a great option, too. These durable pans heat up fast and are compatible with glass, electric, ceramic and induction stovetops.
  • Cup of Joe: Brew up to nine cups of your favorite coffee blends with this Bialetti Moka Espresso Maker, which just so happens to be the same one Natalie uses in season two at the Berzatto family home.
  • Cut Like Carmy: This Benriner Vegetable Slicer is a staple in Carmy’s kitchen. The three adjustable blades make it easy to slice thinly, and reviewers say it’s “just the best.” One reviewer, who is a chef, says, “I own three of these and they cut wonderfully.”
  • Slice Like a Pro: Speaking of blades, these Kuhn Rikon Original Swiss Peelers are briefly shown in the kitchen on the show. Featuring razor-sharp carbon steel blades, they effortlessly peel potato skins, carrots and more.
  • Mix the Batter: This Rubbermaid Commercial Spatula was a staple in my old bakery, as it is in Marcus’ kitchen station in the show. It’s made of silicone that resists heat up to 500 degrees and the flexible blade makes it easy to mix and scrape the sides of your bowl.
  • Whip Up Recipes: Blend up Carmy’s signature green sauce from season three with this Ninja Professional Blender. While the exact blender from the show is the nearly-$500 Vitamix 5200, this Ninja gets the job done for only $100. It pulverizes ice, whole fruits and veggies in just seconds, and reviewers say it’s super powerful and looks sleek on the counter.
  • Chop It Up: Within the past month, over 10,000 people have purchased this OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Scraper that Tina uses in the show to cut pasta. The blade features quarter-inch markings for precise measuring and seamlessly cuts through dough, veggies and more.
  • Precision Slicing: Every chef needs their own knife, and this number-one bestselling knife has a thick anti-slip stainless steel blade that cuts through vegetables and meat like butter. It even has a finger hole for easy gripping. (Just don’t accidentally stab anyone in the kitchen like Sydney did.)
  • First Things First: The first order of business in the kitchen is putting on your apron, and these waterproof blue aprons look exactly like something you’d see The Beef chefs wearing. They tie in the front and back and include two large front pockets for your recipes and tools.
  • Crack Those Eggs: Sydney makes her famous omelet using this Cuisinart Mixing Bowl Set. Sturdy, durable and versatile, you can use these for mixing eggs, cake batter, sauces and more. Plus, they’re dishwasher, freezer and refrigerator safe.
  • Sweet Treats and More: Marcus makes a delicious caramel sauce with this Duxtop Portable Induction Stovetop. Including 10 power levels that reach up to 460 degrees, this stovetop allows you to make one-pot recipes without having to cook on an open flame.
  • Make the Spaghetti: In season one, the chefs dig through cans of San Merican Whole Peeled Tomatoes and make the restaurant’s famous spaghetti after a long shift. Reviewers love how sweet they are, and one says they’re the tastiest out of the dozens of cans they’ve tried.
  • Achieve Fine Shreds: Whether you’re making pasta or baking chocolate cake like Marcus, you need this Microplane Premium Classic Series Zester for finely grating chocolate, citrus peel, nutmeg, cheese and more.
  • Let It Rip: Carmy is often seen using a Dutch oven pot, and this Lodge Enameled Cast Iron Pot is perfect for roasting, braising, frying and baking. It’s oven safe up to 500 degrees, distributes heat evenly and includes a tightly fitted lid that seals in moisture.
