As mentioned above, this under-desk elliptical is a low-impact exercise machine that’s easy on your knees, ankles and hips. The large pedals deliver smooth elliptical motion that helps boost leg circulation, ease stiffness and tone your lower-body muscles. Plus, it comes with two detachable bungee cords that you can use to work your arms, too.
This elliptical machine is driven by a 100W high-torque motor, and it has 12 manual speed levels plus 12 programmed modes so you can customize the intensity of your workout. Additionally, you can target different muscle groups with this machine; pedal forward to engage your quads and calves, or pedal in reverse to target your hamstrings and glutes. You can use it while sitting at a desk, relaxing on the sofa watching TV or even at the dinner table.
The bright LCD screen tracks your speed, distance, strides, exercise time and calories burned. Meanwhile, the wireless remote lets you adjust the settings without having to reach down. It operates at under 15 dB for an ultra-quiet workout experience, and it has a built-in handle for easy transport. It arrives fully assembled with no tools required, and it’s backed by a 12-month warranty if anything malfunctions.
Shoppers say this under-desk elliptical machine is perfect for long workdays at the office, and that it’s a great way to keep their legs moving throughout the day. “My legs are way happier sitting for a long time now,” one reviewer writes.
